Senior Digital Platform Strategist

Job Title: Digital Solutions Program Manager We are seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major digital platform implementation in the UAE. This high-impact role requires proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary digital programs involving advanced data architectures, analytics, and immersive user interfaces.The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional delivery team composed of solution architects, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, UI/UX consultants, and environment domain experts. The program includes developing and deploying all layers of a digital platform—from ingestion pipelines and data lakes to analytics engines, dashboards, and digital twin interfaces.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy, planning, and execution for the client's digital platform implementation.Coordinate and manage delivery across all digital solution layers including data infrastructure, analytics, UI/UX, and digital twin systems.Functionally manage a multi-disciplinary delivery team and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and report program progress, budget, timelines, and deliverables to executive stakeholders and the client.Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring program resilience and timely escalation as needed.Ensure all outputs align with the client's objectives, digital strategy, and regulatory environment.Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of experience in leading complex digital solution implementations, preferably in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments.Proven track record in program management roles such as IT Project Director or Digital Transformation Director.Deep understanding of digital platforms architecture, including: Data ingestion & pipeline, Data lakes & analytics platforms, UI/UX interfaces, Digital twin technologies, etc.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with exposure to digital twin platforms or environmental monitoring systems may have an added advantage.Experience with Arc GIS or similar geospatial platforms.Prior engagement with UAE government entities or government digital transformation initiatives.Relevant certifications such as PMP, Pg MP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
