Social Content Strategist – Gaming (Arabic)

Ready to turn your memes into marketing and your scrolls into strategy? We’re looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Social Content Strategist to join our team and help lead social content for global gaming publisher brands in the MENA region. If your brain naturally thinks in Tik Toks, you love witty copy, and you get excited about gaming communities and digital chaos—this role might just be your final boss level. What You’ll Be Doing Planning and managing weekly content calendars for global gaming brand accounts Leading Arabic content across platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and more Creating trend-driven, engaging content that feels native to the platform Supporting community engagement efforts and ensuring posts are culturally resonant Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and social leads to deliver killer content Highlighting client wins and participating in ideation sessions across campaigns Helping maintain the agency’s own social presence and voice You’ll Fit Right In If You: Are fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Are currently based in the UAE and eligible to work Have hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably in gaming or entertainment (3-5 years minimum experience) Love memes and know how to make them matter in a branded world Understand platform-native content creation for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and short-form storytelling Can think creatively, write quickly, and adapt your tone for different brands Know what gamers love—and what they scroll past Bonus Points If You: Are immersed in gaming culture and online community trends Have worked with or for gaming publishers or esports organizations Bring fresh ideas to the table and aren't afraid to experiment What You’ll Get: A chance to work with iconic global gaming brands A team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and good vibes The opportunity to make real impact and create culturally relevant content for a passionate audience Think you're the one?
