Your key responsibilities include: Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.Greeting guests by name when known and escorting them to their rooms to make them feel welcomed.Conducting in-room and hotel familiarization and assisting guests with hotel activity inquiries and requests.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, operating hours, promotions, events, and attractions to respond to guest queries.Monitoring rate levels and occupancy to optimize revenue.Administering cashiering standards accurately and complying with policies and procedures.Processing accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of charges using computerized systems.Maintaining guest privacy by not disclosing personal details.Understanding hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and hotel facilities thoroughly.Skills, Education & Experience Ideally, you should have a hospitality degree and previous Front Office experience in a hotel. Excellent English communication skills, knowledge of an additional language, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency with Opera system is an advantage.Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate is customer-driven, proactive, outgoing, charismatic, approachable, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
