Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Sign in to access AI-powered advices Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Responsible for leading a diverse team in a central unit set up to ensure effective recruitment, talent development, operational efficiency across HR services delivered among all branches in UAE, and compensation & benefits strategies that align with organizational goals, in coordination with the Group Compensation and Benefits Manager.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHR services - Factory Operational accountability Oversee the full recruitment cycle of the factory from sourcing to evaluating of the new hires in coordination with the talent acquisition officer.Oversee the implementation of the performance management system at the factory level in coordination with the talent management team.Responsible to monitor and maintain the right service level of HR services in the factory operations including but not limited to health & safety, public relations, environmental monitoring and compliancy with governmental regulations.Oversee HR system and technologies including ERP transformation per the project plan and its integration in the local HR services.Talent Acquisition Ensure that the talent acquisition strategy is cascaded and implemented by the talent acquisition officer in collaboration with the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist. This includes the process from talent traction to talent onboarding, in addition to employer branding activities localized in country and within group standards.Maintain relationship with hiring managers and ensure their hiring needs are well met through a smooth recruitment process.Oversee recruitment reports with the agreed group KPIs.Talent Management In coordination with the Group talent management and local talent management team, oversee talent development initiatives including leadership development programs, succession planning, HIPOs, and regular performance management in addition to enhancement in place.Embrace and cascade culture of learning and growth within the workforce through internal and external efforts.Assist in any change management tactics during any organization transformational objectives.Strategic Total Rewards Responsible to maintain and update where needed the company salary scale to ensure fair, equitable and competitive total remuneration package that aligns to our company's strategy and business goals.Responsible to lead the yearly salary review and bonus exercise.Handle end to end manpower costing for budgeting purpose for the organization.Oversee the payroll function in coordination with the accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment of monthly payroll (including fulltime, outsource, and casual staff).Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications for new and existing employees.Recommend salary package for the job offers and salary movements of the existing employees and prepare offer letters.Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.Ensure that compensation and benefit policies/practices are properly implemented and in compliance with current laws and regulations.Manage medical coverage including renewal, periodically review of the coverage and negotiation with the insurance providers.Handle closing of accounts of separated employees (end of service) to ensure that accurate amounts are paid out to the employee.Propose a compensation philosophy that is timely with the market trends and in line with work culture and organizational objectives.Reporting, recording and documents Issuance.Maintain and update hard and soft files of employees.Prepare periodic reports, by compiling necessary information from branches/departments, and the HR system, Employee Head Count, Exit Interview Report, Turn Over Separation, Salaries, Bonus, Over 60 years, etc., to present the reports to HR Manager & Top Management for personnel status update or Budget forecast purposes.Procedural and accountability Area Contribute to the development and management of communication and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are clearly communicated and duly fulfilled.Contribute to the management of departmental compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environment requirements, in order to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree preferable in HR or a related discipline.
