Key User – CRM Implementation Description Job Title: Key User – CRM Implementation Job Description The Key User for CRM Implementation will play a critical role in the successful deployment and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure the system meets user needs, improves process efficiency, and enhances customer engagement. The Key User will serve as a point of contact for CRM-related inquiries, provide training and support to end-users, and aid in continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the project team and end-users during CRM implementation.Gather and document user requirements and feedback to influence CRM system configuration and enhancements.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data transferred to the new CRM platform.Monitor system performance and user adoption rates, providing insights for improvements.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in collaboration with technical support teams.Participate in testing phases of the CRM implementation, ensuring all functionalities meet business requirements.Collaborate with management and IT teams to identify and implement best practices for CRM utilization across the organization.Skills And Tools Required Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Hub Spot.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address user issues and enhance system functionality.Proficiency in training and supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise.Experience with data management and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and reporting capabilities in the CRM system.Knowledge of project management methodologies to ensure timely and organized implementation processes.Familiarity with customer service principles and practices to enhance user satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive in responsibilities.This role is vital for ensuring that the implemented CRM system meets user needs and supports the overall business goals of the organization.Department Dubai Open Positions1Skills Required In-depth CRM System Knowledge, Data Management & Analytics, Training & Support Delivery Location Dubai- UAEYears Of Exp5 to 7 years Posted On1748237796000Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Public Safety#J-18808-Ljbffr
