WE REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CRM QUALITY CONTROLLER PREFERABLY IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Quality Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and performance of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You will work closely with CRM managers, data teams, and marketing to ensure all CRM processes meet quality standards and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of CRM data and workflows. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and inefficiencies within the CRM system and propose corrective actions. Create and maintain CRM quality control documentation, including testing protocols and reporting templates. Conduct regular audits to ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with internal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for CRM use and customer data management. Support CRM campaign execution by validating segmentation, targeting logic, and customer journeys. Provide feedback and training to CRM users to improve data quality and system usage. Track and report CRM performance metrics and quality KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM workflows, data structures, and campaign management. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with data auditing, reporting tools, or QA processes is a plus. (Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.)
