By investing in our people's continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.Roles & Responsibilities: Review and Interpret MEP Drawings & Specifications Carefully study mechanical and other MEP drawings, project specifications, and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements.Quotation Evaluation Thoroughly analyze and assess quotations specifically for mechanical systems and other MEP systems in particular, ensuring alignment with project specifications, defined scope, and budgetary requirements Value Engineering Proposals Identify and propose value-engineered alternatives to enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising performance, quality or compliance.Technology Advancements Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in mechanical and other MEP systems. Recommend innovative solutions and products that can add value during design or execution phases.Compliance and Responsibility Matrix Prepare comprehensive comment compliance statements and develop clear responsibility matrix to define scope divisions and accountability among stakeholders.Project Document Review Review and understand all project-related documents including tender queries, addenda, clarifications, specifications, and drawings to accurately assess and evaluate vendor proposals.Regulatory Awareness Demonstrate sound knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes in both the UAE and KSA, ensuring all procurement activities are fully compliant.Vendor Coordination & Negotiation Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to discuss and finalize both technical and commercial aspects of proposals, ensuring optimal terms and alignment with project goals.Market Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MEP materials market and subcontractor, including pricing trends, availability, approved manufacturers, and industry best practices to support effective procurement strategies.Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering5–6 years of experience in the MEP construction industry, preferably within the UAE and/or KSAStrong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and understanding of other MEP disciplines Deep understanding of MEP materials, systems, market trends, and vendor landscape Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
