UAE Based B2B Sales Manager

We partner with corporations, expat communities, and premium service providers to deliver high-quality language education solutions.Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a background in expat services, luxury B2B, HR / benefits sales with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals. Experience in the education / language industry is a plus.Key Responsibilities Identify and secure B2B partnerships with relocation agencies, expat communities, corporations and premium service providers.Conduct mystery shopping to analyze competitors and refine Novakid's value proposition.Build a sales kit from scratch (with full support from Novakid), including pitch decks and partnership proposals.Develop and execute an outreach & follow-up strategy (cold emails, Linked In, calls, networking events).Promote Novakid's English programs as an employee benefit, expat family solution, or luxury education offering.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, relocation managers).Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand Novakid's B2B presence.Achieve quarterly targets of 2-3 signed corporate deals.Job requirements3+ years in B2B sales (HR / benefits, expat services, luxury, or education).Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken).Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Experience in creating sales materials and outreach strategies from scratch.Self-motivated with a proven track record in closing deals.Experience in edtech / language learning is a big advantage.We Offer : Base salary + performance bonus in % from each contract .Uncapped earning potential based on results.Flexible remote / hybrid work from the comfort of your home or co-work.Opportunity to shape corporate education partnerships in a fast-growing market.#J-18808-Ljbffr
