Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents related to FSMS, QMS, HSE.Your key responsibilities will include: Controlling and maintaining up-to-date documentation, including electronic and hard copy files;Scheduling, validating and verifying activities related to FSMS, QMS, HSE in liaison with Asst. QHSE Manager;Analyzing and presenting monitoring activities records, such as Quality Demerit Index (QDI), Online QC records, Quality objectives, OHSE;Assisting Assistant HSEQ Manager in preparing FSMS, QMS, HSE manuals, policies, procedures, and other documents;Scheduling and conducting Internal Food Safety Audits, QMS, HSE audits for relevant departments;Participating in external Food safety, QMS, Halal audits and following up with Departments to close findings/non-conformances;Conducting Root Cause Analysis of Customer Complaints and following up with concerned Departments;Ensuring all equipment and measuring equipment are calibrated timely and in proper working condition;Training employees on GHP and ensuring completion of GHP Exams for all food handlers;Providing Induction Hygiene Training, Food safety and HSE training to new joiners and maintaining records;Completing formalities related to food safety requirements for employees reporting to work after leave/new joiners and customers/visitors;Staying abreast with latest regulatory standards and updating documents accordingly;Coordinating with HR to arrange internal and external training;Preparing requisitions for new material master and vendor master and updating records regularly;Conducting supplier audits and presenting recommendations to Assistant HSEQ Manager;Conducting market audit, warehouse audit at defined frequency and sharing reports;Investigating accidents and incidents, updating records and implementing corrective measures;Monitoring and maintaining product and process quality, employee and equipment hygiene and safety aspects in the processing area.Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Food Technology/PG Degree;2 years' experience with FMCG industry preferably beverage industry;Knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Farm to Fork);Knowledge of Auditing Techniques;Knowledge of Risk Management;Product knowledge;Knowledge of quality, food safety, halal and BRC requirements;Able to deliver training to staff.Benefits This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.How to Apply If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance, please submit your application with your resume and cover letter.
