This involves liaison with regulatory and inspection bodies, market QA teams and other stakeholders to ensure that standards are developed and implemented, procedures are followed, and performance data is reported in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with AQMS standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all assigned markets.Prepare and submit accurate quarterly QA reports, including OH&S dashboards, compliance audits, and QA scorecards.Provide centralized support for pest management programs across markets and ensure Yum! process adherence.Gather and assess relevant local standards and regulations to ensure compliance with statutory frameworks.Assist with occupational health and safety initiatives, including monitoring training completion and safety systems.Analyze QA performance data, provide reports to management, and collaborate with operations on action plans.Maintain and track micro surveillance lab testing. Manage corrective actions for any non-conforming results.Review and validate all Arabic QA documents and training material before rollout to ensure clarity and accuracy.Establish and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders (Central QA, Market QA, Operations) and external parties (franchisors, regulatory bodies, service providers).Perform other QA-related duties as assigned by the line manager, following proper guidance and training.The role involves handling multiple requests from various managers within the Central QA team while often depending on other departments or market teams for task completion. Effective time management, attention to detail, and strong follow-through are critical to overcoming these challenges.This position requires ongoing communication with internal stakeholders such as Central QA, Market QA, and Brand Operations.
