Interior Space Designer We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Space Designer to lead our team in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to manage design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, space planning, and material selection.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire design process, from initial consultation to final installation. This includes creating and presenting detailed design proposals, coordinating with architects and contractors, staying updated on design trends, and ensuring that the final design meets client expectations.Key Responsibilities: Consultation: Understands client needs, preferences, and design goals, providing personalized design solutions.Space Planning: Creates functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, considering furniture placement, lighting, and room layouts.Design Visualization: Develops renderings, mood boards, and presentations to illustrate design concepts.Material Selection: Chooses materials, finishes, and furnishings that complement the design and meet client needs.Project Coordination: Works with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to oversee the implementation of design plans.Trend Awareness: Keeps up-to-date with current design trends and fashion, incorporating them into their designs.Design Development: Develops architectural plans, designs, and specifications for buildings, considering structural integrity, building codes, and client needs.Collaboration: Works with management, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to translate design concepts into reality.Project Management: Oversees project timelines, budgets, and ensures projects meet design specifications and building codes.Communication: Presents design proposals to management, explains complex concepts clearly, and provides guidance to various stakeholders.Technical Skills: Utilizes design software, CAD software, and other technical tools to create detailed drawings and plans.Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.Proven 10-12 years of experience in architectural and interior design of mixed-use projects.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Excellent communication and client management skills.Auto CADRevit Sketch Up3D modeling Project management Knowledge of building codes Space planning Budget management Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work environment.About Us: We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.We strive to create an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
