Senior Digital Health Experience Designer

Designing for Patient Empowerment We're seeking a Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of digital healthcare. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered experiences that empower patients to take control of their health.This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing data visualization, complex information design, and mobile/web application UX/UI experience. You should have at least 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms, with a passion for designing for accessibility and usability for all users.About the Role Lead the entire design lifecycle, from problem framing and discovery to ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery of high-fidelity designs Develop clear, effective wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to articulate design concepts Iterate quickly in response to feedback, balancing creative vision with technical feasibility to deliver scalable solutions Key Responsibilities Design Process: Lead the entire design lifecycle, including problem framing, research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery of high-fidelity designs Design Systems: Own and enhance our design systems across i OS, Android, and responsive web, ensuring a consistent and scalable design language Data Visualization & Accessibility: Design intuitive graphs, dashboards, and complex data representations to help users interpret health data effectively Team Collaboration & Growth: Continuously explore emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team Requirements At least 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms A strong portfolio showcasing data visualization, complex information design, and mobile/web application UX/UI experience Experience working with and evolving design systems across i OS, Android, and responsive web Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translating insights into actionable designs Why This Role Matters This role has a direct impact on improving patient outcomes and driving meaningful change in metabolic health management.
