Interior Design Team Lead

Job Title: Interior Design Manager This is a full-time on-site role for an interior designer site manager located in Dubai. The interior designer site manager will be responsible for space planning, architecture, creating construction drawings, interior design, and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The manager will oversee the implementation of design projects, coordinate with the construction team, and ensure adherence to project timelines.Responsibilities: Proficiency in space planning and architecture.Experience with construction drawings and interior design.Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.Ability to work on-site in Dubai.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.Experience in the construction industry is a must with minimum 15 years of experience.Selecting and specifying interior finishes, materials, and furnishings.Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and construction.Ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.Reviewing and verifying shop drawings.Motoring the quality of on-site and off-site fabrications from an interior design perspective.Participating in the selection of designers, artwork, lighting, and signage consultants.Responding to design change requirements and coordinating with the project delivery team.The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate the team to achieve business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to make informed decisions.
