It is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, ideal for holidays and events.About The Job Based at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Leisure Department, the Fitness Centre Attendant is responsible for providing guest relations services related to health and fitness operations, ensuring all guests are greeted and treated according to LQA standards. The role reports to the Fitness Supervisor.Responsibilities include: Reporting to and communicating with the Fitness Instructor on all matters affecting the health & fitness operation.Ensuring the safe operation of the Fitness Suites according to SOP and EAP.Providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests and members.Supervising and assisting fitness suite users, including basic machine inductions.Maintaining good communication with the fitness team and adhering to departmental SOPs and EAP.Performing daily checks on fitness equipment and cleanliness.Reporting injuries, incidents, and maintenance issues immediately.Gaining knowledge of the entire recreation operation and suggesting improvements.Candidate Requirements: Experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or similar position.Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service.Our Commitment: Learning & Development programs.MOstay program for complimentary stays and rates.Health & Wellness benefits.Retirement plans.Are you a fan?
