Job Summary We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional reception services for our Guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from check-in through checkout, while also maintaining the highest standards of customer service.About the Role This Guest Service Agent position plays a critical role in creating memorable experiences for our Guests. As part of our Gym team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest queries, and providing top-notch service at all times.Achieve positive outcomes from Guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.Manage the desk in the gym, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.Communicate effectively with the Guest Service Manager, sharing relevant feedback from guests and other departments.Demonstrate a high level of customer service, always striving to exceed expectations.Attend training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, enabling daily duties to be performed efficiently.Adhere to established credit policies when handling foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash.Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, complying with all regulations and legislation.Operate front-of-house equipment and property management systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.Promote our brand standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism.Collaborate with other departments as needed, fostering a cohesive team environment.What We Are Looking For To succeed in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Calm and composed demeanor, with attention to detail.Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.Professionalism with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.Competent IT skills.Desirable Qualifications It would be advantageous if you have: Previous experience in cash handling.Background in the hotel, leisure, or entertainment sectors.Experience in conflict resolution.Equal Opportunities Employer
