Our work is our passion.About The Job The Front Office Agent contributes to creating joy and memorable moments by welcoming guests, handling inquiries, managing departures, responding promptly to needs, processing payments, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires serving from the heart, caring for guests and colleagues, and maintaining high service standards.About You The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's in hospitality management, business administration, or related field is a plus. Requires 1 year of experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel. Must have strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Opera PMS, English (oral and written), hotel reservation systems, cash handling, and Microsoft Office is required.
