Chief Financial Strategist

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the finance department.Maintain overall efficiency and standards set.Promote a positive work environment.Organization and Monitoring Responsible for organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.Grooming and Professionalism Ensure proper grooming at all times and maintain high levels of professionalism.Training and Development Attend training classes as per schedule to enhance skills and knowledge.Teamwork and Communication Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.Product Knowledge Aware of daily activities and have product knowledge of all hotel facilities.Budgeting and Financial Management Prepare and be involved in control of all aspects of budgets, operating equipment purchases, and other finance and business-related activities.Tax Compliance and Reporting Supervise preparation and timely submission of all required tax returns and other reports to government authorities and owning companies in accordance with regulations and contractual agreements.Cash Flow Forecasting Establish strong cash management controls and prepare monthly cash flow forecast to recommend actions accordingly.Financial Analysis and Presentation Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications and Skills Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Additional Information We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
