Job Title: Director of Finance Job Description Rixos Hotels is looking for a highly experienced and skilled finance professional to join our team as a Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, ensuring efficient and effective financial management practices.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.Supervise and train finance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Other Requirements The successful candidate will be required to undergo a thorough background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in Turkey.
