Job Description: Hospitality Support Assistant The primary role of a Hospitality Support Assistant is to provide support to the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by handling guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient and timely service.This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Main Responsibilities: Maintain high operational standards in Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards.Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently.Assist with room availability and release in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.Manage department controls, including employee scheduling, key control, incident reporting, and linen and uniform management.Check guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests timely.Request flowers for special occasions and embroidery for linen as needed.Manage monthly Lost and Found and donations.Check and coordinate cleaning or repair of uniforms.Control document and personnel traffic within the department, including linen release and laundry operations.Handle daily guest clothing releases for laundry service.Closing monthly laundry expenses and provisioning.Replace Laundry Attendants during absences.Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent planning and organizing skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Prior experience in a related field.Strong interpersonal skills.Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.A commitment to high customer service standards.Excellent cleanliness standards.Benefits: Hilton offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.About Hilton: Hilton is a leading global hospitality company committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
