Job Description The Food & Beverage Administrator is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and projects within the Food & Beverage team, providing administrative support, and completing projects in line with Hilton International policies and procedures.As the Food & Beverage Administrator, your responsibilities include: Maintaining high customer service standards by prioritizing guest satisfaction.Taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.Approaching tasks with enthusiasm, seeking opportunities to learn and improve personal performance.Responding flexibly to changing requirements and tasks.Supporting team collaboration to achieve departmental goals.Contributing ideas to improve operational and environmental procedures.Promoting the services and facilities of the hotel.Ensuring safety in all work activities.Preparing daily function sheets and other documentation for briefings.Managing team member inquiries regarding holidays, medical records, and recording attendance and payroll information.Maintaining personnel records including addresses, salaries, and identification details.Monitoring productivity, overtime, and labor reports.Managing weekly duty rosters and shift changes.Writing work orders and following up on maintenance requests.Handling office requisitions and ensuring stock levels.Drafting correspondence and attending meetings, including taking and distributing minutes.Handling interdepartmental requests and cake orders.Organizing discussions on employee progress reports and translating when needed.Checking timecards for attendance issues.Managing mail and filing systems.Performing additional duties as assigned.What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A university degree, college certificate, or secretarial training.At least 12 years of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English and good command of food and beverage terminology.Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Fast and accurate typing skills.Experience in line operations management and labor relations preferred.Benefits Hilton is a leading global hospitality company offering luxurious hotels, resorts, and accommodations worldwide.
