A leading culinary expert contributes to menu innovation and effectively manages a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining food cost controls.What will you be doing?You will be responsible for: Contributing to menu development and implementation Leading and training the kitchen brigade to ensure a well-organized and motivated team Maintaining consistency in quality of dishes at all times Managing customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Executive Chef Ensuring resources meet business needs through effective management of working rotas Supporting brand standards through the training and assessment of your team Managing food cost controls to contribute to revenue growth Staying informed about activities in other departments and their implications Maintaining compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards What are we looking for?A successful Executive Chef Leader should possess strong supervisory skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, excellent planning and organizing skills, and a willingness to learn.
