AI Specialist Role We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improve guest experience.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in the field of AI and contribute to the success of our organization.About the Job The AI Specialist will work closely with various departments to assess opportunities to leverage AI technology, advise senior management on emerging trends, and develop a comprehensive AI adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, preferably with experience in the hospitality or service industry, and possess excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience, revenue generation, operational efficiency, and employee productivity using AI technology.Advise senior management on emerging AI technologies relevant to the hospitality sector.Develop and execute an AI adoption roadmap aligned with business goals.Collaborate with IT and departmental leaders to assess, select, and deploy AI platforms and tools.Oversee integrations with existing hotel systems such as PMS, CRM, HRIS, POS, and Finance platforms.Ensure data integrity, compliance (GDPR, local regulations), and cybersecurity when implementing AI solutions.Implement AI for personalized guest outreach, CRM analytics, demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and campaign optimization.Use AI tools for candidate screening, onboarding automation, employee sentiment analysis, and learning & development customization.Introduce AI-driven forecasting, fraud detection, budgeting automation, and spend analytics tools.Recommend AI for housekeeping automation, guest service chatbots, predictive maintenance, and smart room technology.Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to educate employees on AI tools and their usage.Act as a liaison between technical vendors and hotel teams to ensure smooth adoption.Define KPIs to assess the impact of AI projects.Continuously monitor performance and recommend adjustments for optimization.Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably with exposure to the hospitality or service industry.Experience working with platforms such as Chat GPT, Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, Power BI, Google AI, or similar.Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.Familiarity with hotel tech stacks (e.g., Opera PMS, Salesforce CRM, Oracle Hospitality).Experience with AI chatbots, recommendation engines, or robotic process automation (RPA).Knowledge of data privacy laws relevant to the UAE and global guests.A blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.Benefits We offer a competitive financial and benefits package, including: Opportunity to work with a great team of people.Room to grow and develop your career.Chance to make a difference in the hospitality industry.Why Work with Us?We are committed to creating inclusive teams where we celebrate differences and encourage colleagues to bring their whole selves to work.
