Data-Driven Decision Maker

Job Title: Senior Data Strategist We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Strategist to lead our data analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic data initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.Job Description: Provide expert insights on market trends and category performance to inform key business decisions.Assess brand health and marketing effectiveness through quantitative research and in-market testing.Leverage data findings to identify opportunities and make recommendations to stakeholders.Develop global best practices for campaign and brand health measurement across channels and the customer journey.Influence the adoption of data-driven decision making across the organization.Democratize access to data by building a web-based data catalog and guiding data governance.Lead staff in developing and delivering data-driven solutions across the analytical spectrum.Provide subject matter expertise on data and analytics to internal and external stakeholders.Partner with Planning teams to support end-to-end audience strategy.Partner with Activation teams to design and set up A/B tests and optimize campaign performance.Design and present data decks as compelling narratives.Design tech infrastructure and data pipelines.Partner with client and media partner data science teams to develop new methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications: 15 years of experience in primary market research or data/analytics.5 years of experience leading teams.Expertise in quantitative market research methods.Expertise in data governance and analytics.Able to combine data with deep empathy and strong storytelling.Comfort with ambiguity and experience in organizational design.Strong people leadership skills.Experience working with interdependent cross-functional and global teams.Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.Benefits: Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.Chance to make a meaningful impact on the organization.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Others: This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and shape the future of data-driven decision making.We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
