Documentation Clerk - Back Office Support We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to support our back office operations. This role is ideal for those with a background in administrative support or operations, especially within financial services.Key Responsibilities: Receive trade documents from customers at the front desk (both physical and digital).Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and compliance with internal processes.Inform customers of any missing or incorrect documentation and guide them on required corrections.Route complete and verified documentation to appropriate back-office departments for scanning or processing.Perform document scanning and uploading to the bank's document management workflow system.Perform QA process on the digital documents before passing the workflow.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication and customer service abilities, and familiarity with documentation handling in an operational or clerical setting.Requirements: Strong multitasking and adaptability skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good communication and customer service abilities.Familiarity with documentation handling in an operational or clerical setting.We welcome applications from individuals who can work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
