About The Job And Your Team As a Junior/Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Director – Middle East, your role is to support the achievement of the company’s sales objectives by meeting individual targets and ensuring seamless coordination across the entire order cycle—from initial inquiry to on-time, in-full (OTIF) order fulfillment. You will contribute to sales volume, revenue growth, and new customer acquisition, enhancing the company’s market presence in the region. Your Responsibilities Include: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive product and service information. Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations. Work with Area Sales Managers to prioritize high-potential projects. Send quotations to clients and follow up as needed. Implement strategies to improve quotation success rates. Follow up on proforma invoices after approval and signing. Coordinate with logistics for material availability and reservation for projects. Prepare internal requests for samples and sample boards. Manage delivery dates and keep customers informed. Oversee shipping processes to prevent delays. Organize documentation and materials for project submissions. Ensure timely submission of material submittals and registration documentation. Support administrative tasks for the sales team.
