Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries, ensuring timely responses and effective message distribution."

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, reflecting the company's image and values."

Administrative Tasks: "

Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate calendars as needed, ensuring seamless coordination."

Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and supplies ordering, maintaining a high level of productivity."

Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures, upholding confidentiality and security standards."

Internal Coordination: "

"

Liaise with various departments to provide administrative and logistical support, fostering effective communication and collaboration."

Support HR or Admin with onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome kits or issuing access cards, facilitating a smooth transition for new employees."

Help with internal event arrangements or company-wide communications as required, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment."

Customer Service & Communication: "

Provide accurate information in response to queries from clients or visitors, demonstrating expertise and professionalism."

Maintain a calm, composed, and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations."

Handle client or guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction."

Requirements: "

Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role is essential."

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)."

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with booking systems or CRM tools is desirable."

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude are crucial for success in this role."

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively."
