The resort offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, a traditional Souk, kids' clubs and versatile event and conference spaces.About the Job An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join the Cala Vista team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Serve beverages according to defined standards and local license agreements.Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes.Coordinate with stewards to keep the bar area hygienically clean, tidy and stocked with sufficient glassware.Check expiration dates and ensure all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in the designated area.Adopt a responsible attitude towards serving alcoholic beverages to ensure safe consumption in line with group policy and regulatory requirements.About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.Strong customer service orientation.Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language.About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we foster a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.
