Key Position: Nightclub Manager We are seeking a seasoned Nightclub Manager to drive our team's success and revenue growth in Dubai. Identify and manage VIP clientele to foster loyalty and maximize high-value bookings.Develop and implement table minimum spend strategies, optimizing seating arrangements and customer experience.Lead and manage the nightclub’s staff, including hosts, waitstaff, bartenders, security, and promoters, ensuring seamless execution of events.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in client acquisition, event planning, revenue optimization, and team leadership. A strong background in luxury hospitality or a high-end nightclub/lounge environment is essential. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
