Senior system support engineer

Operate, monitor, and respond to irregularities in facility systems — keeping everything running smoothly. Act as the technical bridge between hardware operations teams and other departments. Support and optimize automation hardware and software operations. Lead the deployment of infrastructure support for new sites, including cabinet upgrades and cable management. Develop clear processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency. Provide technical input in design reviews and audit preparations. Ensure documentation control and audit compliance for infrastructure systems. Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external contractors.
