Experience Minimum 10 years Mission Carry out activities necessary to purchase goods and/or services/subcontracts, complying with cost, time, quality requirements, and policies. Issue Requests for Quotation to vendors based on purchase requests. Support vendors during technical and commercial proposal preparation, maintaining confidentiality. Prepare commercial bid tabulations to compare proposals and suggest actions to improve bid results or select vendors. Lead negotiations on commercial and economic terms. Prepare purchase or subcontract documents based on standard terms and conditions, managing deviations if any. Close bid processes by confirming purchases/subcontracts and informing unsuccessful vendors. Follow up and negotiate revisions if necessary. Perform activities in compliance with procedures and systems. Review technical documentation received with purchase requisitions and evaluations. Manage contractual documentation before archiving.
