Senior wireless communication engineer

Job Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Expertwith extensive experience in HF/VHF/UHF radios, amateur radio operations, mobile networks (5 G, 4 G, 3 G), and RF signals or microwave technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining telecommunications systems to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. Roles and Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain HF/VHF/UHF radio systemsfor reliable communication.Utilize expertise inamateur radiooperations, preferably with an active call sign, to enhance communication solutions.Oversee and optimizemobile network technologiesincluding5 G, 4 G, and 3 G.Analyze and troubleshoot RF signals and microwave communication systems.Conduct site surveys, spectrum analysis, and interference assessments.Work onnetwork planning, frequency allocation, and bandwidth optimization.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative telecom solutions.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advancements in telecommunications.Competences, Skills, Experience 8-10 years of experiencein telecommunications engineering.Expertise in HF/VHF/UHF radio communications.Proficiency inamateur radio operations , preferably with an active call sign.Hands-on experience withmobile networks (5 G, 4 G, 3 G).Strong knowledge of RF signals, spectrum management, and microwave technologies.Familiarity withradio propagation, antenna design, and signal processing.Experience withnetwork monitoring, troubleshooting tools, and RF testing equipment.Knowledge oftelecom regulations, frequency licensing, and compliance standards.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Certifications in RF engineering, mobile networks, or amateur radio licensingare a plus.Language and Other Selection Criteria Proficiency in English(written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.If you are passionate about telecommunications and have a proven track record in radio communications, mobile networks, and RF technologies, we would love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
