Job Title: Business Development Coordinator (B2 B) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management) or related field Minimum of 6 years experience in sales or business development Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and French are a plus Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information discreetly Experience in Qatar or GCC preferred Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential corporate partners aligned with HEC Paris's executive education offerings Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including client interactions and proposal development Collaborate with internal departments for proposal preparation, contract management, and client onboarding Maintain effective knowledge management systems (client info, contracts, program content) Conduct research to identify key stakeholders within target companies Contribute to the improvement of Salesforce usage for pipeline and client management Assist in operational setup and refinement of business development processes Provide administrative support as needed Additional Information: Company Industry: Education, Training, Teaching Department: Business Development Note: is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
