Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities. Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across the employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research, e.g., providing legal advice, analyzing data trends. Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc. Focus on delivery of service to meet standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies. Analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements. Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and HR certification Experience more than 2 years Exposure to all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR Business understanding Proven experience in building & maintaining relationships, delivering organizational change projects Opportunities to contribute your ideas and skills in a global company with potential career development.
