Preparation and Orientation: Organize welcome sessions on the first day to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. On-the-Job Training: Coordinate training programs and ensure new employees receive adequate instruction on institutional policies, procedures, and workplace culture. Employee Transfers: Study and manage employee transfer cases, ensure smooth transitions, monitor the performance of transferred employees, and provide necessary support for their success in new roles. Guidance Sessions: Organize individual and group mentoring sessions to support employees in skill development and problem-solving. Career Counseling: Provide professional consultations to help employees identify and achieve their career goals. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources. 8 years of experience in learning and development. Qatari nationals are preferred.
