Team Leader - Security role Supervise all Security Officers through hands-on management, ensuring their duties are performed in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Ensure the smooth operation of all security procedures within the department and coordination with other departments. Conduct investigations and checks on all security and fire-related incidents, and submit initial reports. Assist management and enforcement offices during emergency situations. Assist in investigating accidents and security incidents involving guests and staff. Possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred). Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Demonstrate good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
