**Digital & Growth Marketing Manager** **Position Overview**: This role is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing campaigns manager, eager to implement grow-driven marketing plans and campaigns and serving business objectives and overseeing the development of, coordinating and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned areas. **Responsibilities**: - Evaluating and optimizing marketing campaigns to reach the marketing department KPIs. - Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. - Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. - Generating new business leads. Increasing brand awareness and market share. - Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. - Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. - Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. **Requirements**: - 10 Years’ experience in developing targeting user acquisition campaigns for online business - A proven creative leader with a solid track record of creating compelling campaigns - Capability to analyze key metrics to achieve all targets and objectives across a broad spectrum of media touch points - Have serious understanding of the mobile user behavior in Qatar - MENA. - Display a clear and comprehensive understanding of optimizing campaigns around the core objectives of the product KPIs across all segments of the user base to penetrate those audiences - Hacker mind & out of the box thinker : uncovering new methods to generate leads, build funnels, and have really high conversion rate - Ability to be self-motivated, meet deadlines and provide weekly status reports on achievements - Fluency in English (written and oral), Arabic (written and oral) is big + - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure - Excellent attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving. - Ability to work in a team and to communicate clearly **Technical skills**: - Mastering of: - Google ads - Google analytics - Suite Facebook Business
