Trainer
Description
This position is responsible to develop and deliver training programs & additionally assess the training effectiveness of the programs conducted intended to increase the knowledge, skills, abilities and the different competencies for employees across AAB. Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and develop training programs to address the identified gaps. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the soft skills and business etiquette of employees. Liaise with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the training content is aligned with organizational goals. Execute the delivery of training programs in-person, virtually or through other modes that are engaging and interactive. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants during and after the training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods such as surveys, feedback forms, and assessments. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for modifications to training programs. Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills and business etiquette training to ensure maximum training effectiveness. Facilitate, design, and develop and enhance the E-learning modules.
