Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainerto elevate the performance of our automotive sales teams across a diverse portfolio of brands, including luxury, mass-market, and electric vehicles. This role focuses on developing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and support an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training programs tailored to each automotive brand and market segment. Enhance consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills across the salesforce. Conduct brand-specific product training with emphasis on unique selling points and customer value. Facilitate hands-on training such as vehicle walkarounds, feature demonstrations, and test drive simulations. Promote upselling and cross-selling of accessories, warranties, and value-added services. Integrate digital tools and CRM systems into the training for lead nurturing and follow-up strategies. Provide EV-specific training (particularly for new-energy vehicles), including local infrastructure, customer concerns, and market positioning. Train teams on corporate and fleet sales techniques, premium client engagement, and high-net-worth relationship management. Monitor post-training adoption through performance assessments, role-plays, and feedback sessions. Customize training for Qatar's unique market dynamics, multicultural environment, and consumer behaviors. Drive consistent, high-quality customer experience training, focusing on service recovery and long-term loyalty. Evaluate training effectiveness via KPIs, employee assessments, and management feedback. Collaborate closely with sales management, marketing, and HR to address performance gaps and refine content. Contribute to special projects and support cross-functional training initiatives as needed. Skills Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience inautomotive sales training , preferably across multiple brands. Strong background inluxury, mass-market, and EVvehicle sales. Proven ability to build engaging, practical training materials—both in-person and digital. Experience in the GCC/Qatar automotive marketis highly preferred. Excellent coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding ofsales psychology , customer behavior, and closing techniques. Fluency in English(Arabic is a plus). Bachelor’s degree required; training certifications are a strong advantage. Preferred Competencies: Multi-brand exposure (American, Chinese, European, and EV brands). Knowledge of CRM platforms and e-learning tools. High adaptability to fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
