The role focuses on managing public relations efforts, media liaison, internal communication, and content development in compliance with the legal sector's professional conduct standards in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with the firm’s values and regulatory framework. Manage public relations activities and act as a liaison with media outlets and institutional stakeholders. Oversee content creation and publishing across communication platforms including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and the firm's website. Draft and review public statements, press releases, official announcements, and speeches. Ensure consistent messaging and a professional tone across all public communications. Coordinate the firm’s participation and submissions to legal rankings and industry recognitions (Legal500, Chambers & Partners, ILFR). Support the organization of corporate events, professional gatherings, and internal firm functions. Coordinate and support the planning and execution of public-facing events such as exhibitions, forums, or official receptions hosted by the firm. Collaborate with design teams to produce formal and visual content including brochures, legal updates, digital visuals, infographics, videos, and other materials aligned with the firm’s branding. Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. Uphold confidentiality and compliance in all external-facing communications. Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s preferred). ·Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations (law firm experience is an advantage). ·Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential. ·Applicant must currently reside in Qatar with a valid and transferable residency permit (RP). ·Strong background in media relations and professional communication practices. ·Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. ·Experience with social media governance and institutional communication.
