Maintenance Agent

About The Role To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance tasks as part of the maintenance program. You will undertake repairs and fault rectification to ensure the operational effectiveness of the business. You will carry out work assigned by the maintenance supervisor and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation of the department.To achieve success in this role, you will need to: Carry out and undertake preventive maintenance of all equipment as per the job card prepared and updated by the Maintenance Supervisor within the stipulated time. Perform repair work on equipment faults as reported.Monitor all equipment, report deviations in performance, and rectify issues in coordination with the maintenance supervisor. Attend breakdowns promptly, suggest remedies, and restore equipment to service efficiently.Conduct periodic checks and monitor all Cold Storages and Air Conditioning Systems in the building.Maintain Rolling Shutters and Scissor Lifts to ensure operational effectiveness.Ensure all maintenance logs are updated with repair and preventive maintenance information.Maintain the maintenance logbook with material delivery, consumption, and preventive maintenance records daily.Perform cleaning and washing operations related to equipment servicing and maintenance to ensure effective operation.Ensure compliance with all safety, security, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee employee safety, security, and legislative compliance.Identify hazards, report occurrences, and risks to maintain safety and security of operations.Support external contractors as needed to ensure operational effectiveness.Perform other duties related to the department as directed by the Head of Department.Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills, imagination, and ambition are valued here.
