Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator who will be able to play a vital role in facilitating the smooth and efficient flow of materials and goods, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all logistics operations. As part of our team in Qatar, youll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to support daily operations and project needs.Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials and products. Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to achieve business goals. Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant paperwork. Track shipments and update status reports, proactively addressing any issues or delays. Maintain accurate records and logs of inventory, receipts, and shipments. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Resolve issues or concerns related to logistics, such as shortages, damages, or delays. knowledge of clearance and registration of inbound shipments experience working with a 3PL company is an advantage.Requirements for the Role Proven experience as a logistics coordinator, logistics assistant, or similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field is a plus.
