Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of engaging events that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and create memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event organization, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with company objectives. (Some of) What you will be doing: Event Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned with Snoo City’s brand and business objectives. Event Execution: Plan and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution. Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with local regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative event concepts to enhance audience engagement. Attitude matters most but do you have any of these? Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills .Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficiency in event management software and digital marketing tools is a plus. Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and engaging experiences.
