As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will operate the pastry section of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure high standards. Your responsibilities include: Managing the pastry section of the kitchen Ensuring the quality of all dessert offerings Introducing creativity into pastry offerings Supervising and coordinating pastry and dessert preparation and presentation Planning production to meet daily requirements Developing seasonal menu offerings Controlling food costs to support food and beverage revenue Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations What are we looking for? Successful candidates will demonstrate: At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in high-volume food production Creative approach to pastry Strong supervisory skills Relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)High customer service orientation Excellent planning and organizational skills Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement Additional advantageous skills include: Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook What will it be like to work for Hilton?
