Banquet Coordinator
Description
Assist in overseeing banquet operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests consistently. Responsible of daily banquet set- up as per guest requirements. Reports to the Operations Manager or relevant supervisor Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures. Deliver all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues to maintain guest notification. Facilitate procedures to take orders from visitors in systematic way and ensure compliance to all regulations and standards of department Skills Proven experience as a banquet planner or organizer Organizational and multitasking abilities Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events) Excellent time management and communication skills Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships Ability to manage multiple projects independently MS Office proficiency Arabic speaker Prefer candidate (Born in Qatar)OR( Children of Qatari mothers).#J-18808-Ljbffr
