Hotel: Doha - The City (DOHWB), West Bay, 22178 As a Housing & Transportation Supervisor,you are responsible for all administrative work related to the maintenance and colleague welfare within the accommodation, as well as the maintenance and safety of all colleague transport vehicles.Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value –Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together. Update regularly the accommodation plan and rooms inventory. Report incidents in the accommodation immediately to the Human Resources Department. Handle colleague welfare and concerns related to rooms and privacy. Arrange pick-up and drop-off for colleagues to the airport. Coordinate with the contracting company concerning all maintenance issues. Coordinate with outsourced cleaning company to maintain hygiene standards, providing colleagues a healthy environment. Conduct daily patrols in the accommodation to identify and report any unusual occurrences to the Human Resources Department. Follow up with the purchasing department on pending items related to colleague housing. Update all stores in the accommodation and ensure no shortages of needed items. Arrange rooms for new colleagues as per SOPs. Handle and control colleague movements and shifts inside the accommodation. Prepare and maintain up-to-date inventory lists for all flats and accommodations. Manage the transportation department, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and country laws. Ensure compliance with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies. Maintain administration of fuel coupons at all times. Ensure all hotel drivers are aware of any new traffic legislation. Coordinate with garages for preventive and routine maintenance of hotel vehicles, ensuring timely completion. How do I deliver this?
