Your Day-to-Day As a Concierge Agent, you will play a vital role in providing personalized and exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handling daily operations at the concierge desk, including guest requests, luggage assistance, transportation, and tour bookings. Providing personalized assistance and recommendations regarding local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations. Training, coaching, and mentoring concierge team members to deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude. Coordinating with other hotel departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and valet to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handling guest complaints or concerns effectively, resolving issues promptly and satisfactorily. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and transportation options to assist guests effectively. What We Need From You Ideally, you will have some or all of the following skills and experience: Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort environment. Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage. Local knowledge and experience are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus. Strong organizational skills.
