Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management)Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Ensure all Standard Operating Policies & Procedures are adhered to Handle guest requests promptly Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and inform all changes and additions Be aware of daily hotel events and functions; share this information with Concierge staff Maintain a library of relevant directories and business information Advise guests on points of interest in the area Ensure timely handling and delivery of messages, mail, parcels Assist guests with airline tickets, restaurant reservations, tours, transportation Familiarize with courier companies and charges Keep desk, lobby, entrances, baggage area clean and tidy Coordinate with Chief/Head Concierge and Front Office for VIP arrivals/departures Ensure Concierge equipment is in good working order Attend meetings as required Support car service operations and coordinate with airport representatives for VIPs Maintain high standards of hotel image Report guest comments to the Head Concierge Record incidents or service failures in Royal Service Manager Promote internal outlet sales Collaborate with other departments Comply with Health and Safety legislation Attend relevant training courses Desired Candidate Profile Proficient in English; bilingual is an asset1 year experience as a Hotel Concierge in a luxury hotel preferred Good knowledge of the surrounding area Ability to multitask calmly in a dynamic environment Flexible working hours Knowledge of Opera PMS, Windows, MS Office is an asset Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
