Stewarding Shift Leader

Hotel: Doha - The City (DOHWB), West Bay, 22178 As Stewarding Shift Leader , you are responsible for ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities.Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value –Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together. Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees. Supervise the consumption of all stewarding chemicals daily. Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, and the quality of products and services. Ensure all stewarding employees follow safety instructions when cleaning machinery. Conduct regular checks to ensure service and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned. Control and document outgoing equipment and ensure proper reception upon return. Participate in monthly and annual inventory, and prepare payroll documents prior to submission to the Department Head. Attend all regular Food & Beverage department meetings and conduct at least one monthly team meeting to ensure open communication. Ensure emergency exits are always clean, unobstructed, and easy to open from inside. How do I deliver this?
