Women in Tech Senior Governance Specialist We are looking for a governance specialist to be responsible for overseeing governance frameworks, policies, and compliance structure, as well as stakeholder engagement Alongside overseeing governance frameworks, policies, and compliance structure, as well as stakeholder engagement Role Overview • Ensure adherence to governance structures and mechanisms,supporting optimal decision-making processes for NCSS execution • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders , facilitating collaboration and streamlining governance processes • Standardize governance frameworks and document best practices , ensuring clarity and effective communication across all stakeholders • Overseeoverallactivity executionby owners,facilitation of working groups , and deployment of theadvisory committeeon demand • Coordinate assurance effortsrelated to the NCSS implementation •Focuses onensuring adherence to governance mechanismsand coordinating cross-stakeholder governance efforts • Key objectives: – Enhancing transparency and ensuring accountabilityand effective decision-making in NCSS execution – Facilitating structured coordinationbetween government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders – Overseeing compliancewith governance policies, regulatory requirements, and strategic mandates Work Experience •3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity governance or regulatory compliance •Hands-on experience in stakeholder coordination, working with government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders •Strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance •Experience in strategy development & implementation •Knowledge of national and international cybersecurity governance best practices •Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills •Effective communication and policy advocacy skills Education •Degree in Law, Public Policy, Governance, Cybersecurity, or a related field •Experience in cybersecurity governance or government institutions is preferred If the above matches your skillset, please apply.
