SAP Functional Consultant (Payroll & Time)Job Role Summary The SAP Functional Consultant (Payroll & Time) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and seamless time tracking. Roles and Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP Payroll and Time Management modules. Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy. Optimize time tracking and leave management processes. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues. Provide training and support to end-users. Competencies, Skills, and Experience Strong expertise in SAP Payroll and Time Management modules. Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience in payroll processing, configuration, and system troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. SAP Payroll and Time Management certification is preferred.
